|The CFC Mission:|
The mission of the CFC is to support and to promote philanthropy through a voluntary program that is employee-focused, cost-efficient and effective in providing all Federal employees the opportunity to improve the quality of life for all.
Dear Fellow Federal Employees,
In January of this year, the Combined Federal Campaign of Southeastern Pennsylvania & Lehigh Valley Area, the South Jersey CFC and the Combined Federal Campaign of Northeastern Pennsylvania merged to form one campaign, the Eastern Pennsylvania and South Jersey Combined Federal Campaign.
The merge will increase our efficiency, reduce our collective cost of campaigning and improve our ability to provide support to organizations that were previously outside of our previous CFC area. In addition, the ability to use on-line pledging is a great way to reduce cost and expedite the pledge process and help us in our efforts to go green. In turn, recipient agencies will even more of the funds contributed to them.
Your support of CFC is as always, invaluable to the many families, friends and neighbors in our expanded region, whether supporting those locally affected by Hurricane Sandy, providing support for medical research or simply the supporting social service infrastructure and environment that we all benefit from.
Be a part of "Serving our Country and Supporting our Community" - Exercise your right to care!
Thank you for your past and future support!
The CFC is the only authorized solicitation of Federal employees in their workplaces on behalf of approved charitable organizations.
Federal employees continue to make the CFC the largest and most successful workplace philanthropic fundraiser in the world. Continuing a long-standing tradition of selfless giving, in 2012, federal employees raised more than $258 million dollars for charitable causes around the world.
The CFC is the largest single-employer charity campaign in the Eastern Pennsylvania and South Jersey area, and is home to more than 35,000 federal employees. In 2012, more than $3.8 was raised for charitable causes in our community, throughout the country and around the world.
Give because it feels right. Give in memory of those lost and in hopes that others will be saved. Give because you can.
